Return & Refund Policy

We want every collector to feel confident when placing an order with Scrow Rips. Below are our policies for sealed products, singles, and specialty items.

Returns on Sealed Product

We accept returns on sealed product within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unopened
  • All original seals are intact
  • Packaging is in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Rips / Live Breaks

All rip & ship purchases are final sale.
Once a product is ripped open on stream, it cannot be refunded or returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once a shipping label has been created, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • Incorrect item(s)

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos
  • Order number
  • Brief description

We will work quickly to make it right.
