Most orders ship within 1 business day. Tracking information is emailed immediately once your label is generated.


πŸ“¦ How are sealed products packaged?

We package sealed boxes using:

  • Bubble wrap
  • Kraft paper cushioning
  • Rigid cardboard boxes

Smaller loose pack orders and small items ship in padded mailers with additional structuring.


🎴 Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic PokΓ©mon TCG products, sourced from trusted partners, distributors, and verified suppliers.


πŸ’΅ Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Singles, graded cards, and mystery items are final sale.


🚚 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet β€” but we plan to in the future.


πŸ“ Do you offer local pickup?

No.


πŸŽ₯ Do you offer live rips?

Yes β€” selected items can be ripped live during scheduled streams.
Rip purchases are final sale.


πŸ”„ Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel before the order ships.
Once a label has been created or the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
