π When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Tracking information is emailed immediately once your label is generated.
π¦ How are sealed products packaged?
We package sealed boxes using:
- Bubble wrap
- Kraft paper cushioning
- Rigid cardboard boxes
Smaller loose pack orders and small items ship in padded mailers with additional structuring.
π΄ Are your products authentic?
Yes. We only sell 100% authentic PokΓ©mon TCG products, sourced from trusted partners, distributors, and verified suppliers.
π΅ Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Singles, graded cards, and mystery items are final sale.
π Do you ship internationally?
Not yet β but we plan to in the future.
π Do you offer local pickup?
No.
π₯ Do you offer live rips?
Yes β selected items can be ripped live during scheduled streams.
Rip purchases are final sale.
π Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel before the order ships.
Once a label has been created or the package is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
